How long it will take for me to get delivery?

The average lead time for delivery is 1-3 days. The delivery period depends on location. Hence, delivery is also dependent on the location of the order.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped you will receive a notification from us with tracking details. You can check the order tracking details.

How will I receive the bill for my order?

You will receive a Tax invoice copy along with the order. If you need a soft copy you can call our customer care for the same.

What if the shipment is received when I am not available at the delivery location?

If you are not available you will receive a call from our logistic partner and the product will be delivered at your convenient timing.

How the delivery charge is calculated for multiple units and some products?

The shipping charge is based on the weight of the product. For multiple products ordered from the same category, the program adds up the weight of all the units ordered and charges a single delivery fee.
